About Us
The idea for YF2A started back in 2019. After applying for core anaesthetics at the same time as a colleague was applying for surgical training, the amount of local support available was drastically different. Plenty of courses were available online, but for eye watering amounts! This seemed unfair and unfriendly.

On the back of this, the CT1 Interview practice evening was born and ran successfully for three years, however we quickly realised that this did not go far enough.
We therefore started to develop YF2A to provide support for those wanting a taster of anaesthetics/ICM and help with personal development.
